个人简介
博士/副教授,博士生/硕士生导师,海南农垦热作产业集团科技副总(挂职),海南自贸港D类人才。主要从事食药同源植物资源/茶叶功效因子挖掘及健康促进机制,茶叶精深加工与高值化利用方面研究。主持国家自然科学基金2项,海南省重点研发项目3项、海南省国际合作项目1项,海南省热带高效农业-协同创新中心项目1项,其他横向技术开发项目多项。共发表 SCI论文近100篇,以第一作者/通信作者在食品领域Trends in Food Science and Technology, Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Hydrocolloids,Food Chemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等高水平期刊发表SCI论文90余篇, Hindex = 36, 先后入选ESI高被引论文6篇, 热点论文2篇, 封面文章1篇; 申请或授权中国发明专利10多项; 连续3年入选全球2%TOP顶尖科学家(2023-2025年)。受邀担任Journal of Future foods, Food & Medicine Homology与现代食品科技杂志青年编委; Foods与 Frontiers in Nutrition客座编辑,同时担任国内外30多个期刊特邀审稿专家。
